  • William D. Ferguson, 75, of 929 E. 63rd Street, a retired landscaping contractor, died Monday en route to a local hospital. Born in Vermont, he came to Tacoma 45 years ago. He retired about 8 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clare Smith Ferguson; a son, Archie M. Ferguson of Yelm, and eight grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:30am Wednesday at the Yelm Cemetery.
