Haplotype Table

A modal haplotype is the set of markers corresponding to the most frequently observed values for each marker. The markers highlighted are said to be off modal and patterns in these markers distinguish one branch or family from another.
The P37 Western haplotype in the table below is the modal (mode) from the Y-Haplogroup I2a Project. The color coded marker labels are the key markers said by Nordtvedt to define the clade (see the archived file FounderHaps.xls dated 2009, therein the haplotype is refered to as "P37.2-Western").
